General Refund Conditions (Focus on Non-Refundable)

Since our services are not physical products and involve the immediate investment of time, effort, and intellectual property, our refund policy is stringent.

Initial Deposit/Retainer:

The initial deposit or retainer paid for the commencement of all projects is strictly Non-Refundable. This payment is necessary to allocate resources and commence project planning.

Project Commencement:

Once work on the project has begun, and the Client has been presented with the first draft, proof, or work-in-progress, no refunds will be granted for any reason.

Client Termination:

If the Client chooses to terminate the project mid-way for reasons not attributable to a breach of contract by the Company, no refund of any remaining or partial payment will be made.

Eligible Cases for Refund (If Applicable)

Refunds may only be considered under the following limited circumstances:

Duplicate or Excess Payment:

If the Client has inadvertently made a duplicate payment, the excess amount will be refunded.

Failure to Commence Service:
