2. Accepted Payment Modes

A. Domestic Payments (India)

• Direct Bank Transfer: NEFT / RTGS / IMPS bank transfers.
• UPI Payments: Instant QR Code and VPA transfers via authorized payment apps (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM).
• Debit & Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, RuPay via certified payment gateway links.

B. International Client Payments (Worldwide)

• International Wire Transfer (SWIFT): Direct corporate telegraphic bank transfers.

3. Standard Project Payment Milestone Structures

Depending on project scope, standard development engagements follow one of the following milestone frameworks:

• Standard Web & App Projects (50-30-20):
  • 50% Initial Advance: Due upon contract signing to initiate sprint scheduling, architecture, and UI/UX design.
  • 30% Beta Milestone: Due upon delivery of functional beta/staging version for client testing.
  • 20% Final Settlement: Due upon final testing sign-off, prior to live domain deployment and full source code handover.
• Monthly Retainer Services (SEO & Digital Marketing): Billed 100% in advance at the start of each monthly service cycle.

4. Taxes & Invoicing (GST Compliance)

All domestic Indian invoices are issued with applicable Goods and Services Tax ([Standard GST Rate: 18% GST]). Clients with a registered GSTIN must provide their GST registration details during onboarding to claim Input Tax Credit (ITC).
